The UI Cultural and Resource Centers may be reserved during operational hours (no later than 10:00 PM for all four centers. All reservation requests must be submitted at least seven (7) business days prior to event. The person/organization electronically signing this form assumes liability for damages and cleaning charges. You will be notified within four (4) business days if your reservation is approved.
Every time that a raffle, bingo, or any other game of chance is conducted by a University department or a student organization, a copy of a gambling license must be obtained from SOBO, 159 IMU to be displayed during the event. Fill out this form to apply for a copy of the gambling license.
Newly recognized Student Organizations are required to attend an orientation/training session to finalize the recognition status of the organization.
At this session the Coordinator for Student Organization Development from the Center for Student Involvement & Leadership will go over important information about retaining recognition and resources available to recognized UI student organizations. They will also enable your organization to appear in the online student organization directory and provide training on how to use OrgSync, our online organization management system.
